gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased on line just like purchasing any other product. Go to our gift voucher tab at the top of the page and from there you can choose a gift voucher to a value that suits you. You will be prompted just like a normal product purchase to checkout and will be required to fill in the details of the recipient. This includes the valid email address of the recipient, as the gift voucher details and instructions will be emailed to them.

The recipient will be emailed the Gift Voucher and a Gift Voucher Code, which they then use to redeem their gift on line. Gift vouchers and are non-refundable and have an expiry date of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. To redeem the voucher the recipient selects products on line in the normal process to checkout. If the total value of products selected at checkout (including delivery costs) is greater than the Gift Voucher Value, they will be required to pay the additional amount by the normal methods available at checkout. If the total amount of the voucher is not spent in one transaction, the remaining amount remains valid until the expiry date of the Gift Voucher.

3. Checkout and fill in the required information and your Voucher Code
4. Your purchase will now use the Gift Voucher, if any credit is remaining on your voucher you may reuse the voucher at a later date with the remaining credit; any additional payment required must be made at the time of purchase.

Sometimes product shown on the website may not have stocked in our warehouse. To ensure that you don’t miss out on product when it does arrive, we will notify you so that you can be placed next in line on the demand list for that product.

All prices quoted in this website are in Australian Dollars and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). All credit card and PayPal transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.

returns and exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your nought2five purchase, send it back to us. We are happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us by the ‘return by’ date on your invoice; please ensure that you enclose your receipt and retain a copy for yourself for reference. The ‘return by’ date is usually about ninety (90) days after your date of purchase. Returned product/s must be in ‘as new’ condition, ie: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Nought2five Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post when being returned. If you have requested a refund, a credit to the original purchase price of the product will be issued back to your by the same method that the original purchase was made. In some cases we may charge a restocking fee of 10% of the product(s) value or 20% for furniture or special order items. If exchanging the item, you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. Initial shipping/delivery costs are not refundable and costs for delivery for items exchanged will be charged to you. Products offered on Sale or discounted are not returnable unless faulty.

cancelling or changing an order

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call (03) 9004 2732 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order fulfilment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please note if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

quality, warranty and faulty products

nought2five Pty Ltd are committed to supplying our customers with high quality products. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, nought2five will replace it as soon as stock is available. Should stock be unavailable in a timeframe that suits you, we are happy to exchange to value of the product as a Gift Voucher.

Products that are not manufactured by nought2five will have warranty details directly between you, the purchaser, and the manufacturer. Such warranty details will come in the boxed item from the manufacturer. We urge you to complete & lodge warranty registration with the manufacturer as soon as you receive the product. To the best of our knowledge, products in the nought2five range all meet relevant Australian safety standards and, if required, will have passed independent tests to satisfy the criteria.

When buying on line it is important to consider that the colours shown on your computer screen may represent slightly differently to actual products. Product images and their colours options displayed on this site, and on other nought2five sales and marketing information, are to provide you with information about the product, however final product may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes, products updates and modifications or design enhancements.

You can collect any order direct from our showroom by making an appointment time. Our open hours are also listed on the homepage of the nought2five.com website.

You can also choose to have orders posted out. Shipping/postage rates appear at checkout before you make payment on line. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order. We will email you when the order has left our warehouse. Posted orders are delivered through Australia Post and under Australia Posts terms & conditions. We can post by registered post or express post as an additional cost – please email your request so we can provide you with a quotation. Please note that if you do not insure your goods, the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. All delivery charges will include packaging and handling.

courier
You can also arrange to have your ordered couriered. Please email us your request so we can provide you with a quotation. The terms & conditions of the courier service used will pass to you upon our handover of the order to the courier service. All delivery charges include packaging and handling.

international orders
