gift wrapping
For those buying a gift it easy to have the item/s you select sent straight off to the recipient. We can gift wrap many of our products and send off your purchase with a personalised card from you. The tax Invoice/Receipt does not go out with the delivery; all receipts are sent by email to the purchaser only. This includes any dispatch/tracking details.

Gift wrapping applies to products, or grouped products combined, no larger than 190 x 360 x 280 mm. There is a charge for the box & wrapping, but you will be able to choose a free card and advise us of the text you would like included on the card.

So, to select gift wrapping, simply do the following:

tick the ‘gift wrap’ option at checkout, fill in the details of where you would like the item sent to & any text for the card & we will do the rest.
If you can’t decide on the right gift then why not send a gift voucher allowing the recipient to choose what they would like.

gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased on line just like purchasing any other product. Go to our gift voucher tab at the top of the page and from there you can choose a gift voucher to a value that suits you. You will be prompted just like a normal product purchase to checkout and will be required to fill in the details of the recipient. This includes the valid email address of the recipient, as the gift voucher details and instructions will be emailed to them.

The recipient will be emailed the Gift Voucher and a Gift Voucher Code, which they then use to redeem their gift on line. Gift vouchers and are non-refundable and have an expiry date of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. To redeem the voucher the recipient selects products on line in the normal process to checkout. If the total value of products selected at checkout (including delivery costs) is greater than the Gift Voucher Value, they will be required to pay the additional amount by the normal methods available at checkout. If the total amount of the voucher is not spent in one transaction, the remaining amount remains valid until the expiry date of the Gift Voucher.
